  I just moved to the area and needed a doctor.
  
  The staff members at Heritage were very friendly and helpful, and were able to get me in to see a doctor immediately. The doctor I saw was more thorough and proactive than any I've experienced, even in the days when I had full insurance.
  
  It's great to see that there are still some real family doctors, whose actions prove that their true priority is providing high quality care to the Cazenovia Community.
  
  ( fyi.... I called more than ten offices before finding Heritage. The other doctor’s offices that I called required insurance just to see me, or required huge ($400.-$600) initial visit fees that had to be paid at time of visit, regardless of income. Most had a wait of at least a month to be seen by a doctor. Heritage was the exception, and such a welcome surprise. )
